I’ve saved it but it doesn’t even show it on my psp, its so annoying and I really want to get my squirrel video on it so i can show it to my friends.

Firstly, I want to ask if you have a custom firmware. If not then you can only play [Video]: "Memory Stick": MPEG-4 SP,AAC. That means .mp4 files encoded in AAC format. Search google for a software that converts video for psp. There are lots of them.

It has to be MP4. Try uploading it to Youtube and then downloading it on PSPube.com
