Okay, I have a PSP (original system) that has some pretty heavy wear. Its screen is scratched (though lightly) and the body has some scratches. The silver trim around the body is faded as well. Also, the UMD player is dusty and emits a dull whine when reading UMDs. I want to return this PSP to like new condition. Any tips?

Here is how you go about doing that.
1. Say that your PSP has a problem, and email Sony Customer service about it (you will need to tell them what the problem is, so make sure you think of something to tell them).
2. Send your PSP back to Sony for the warranty, they will send you a New one for FREE (provided your warranty is still good).
3. Get your PSP back from Sony, and enjoy!!
